Shopping Guide

• Select a product line of your choice from our online catalogue. Choose the product you like, make sure to check the quantity and press ’Add to Cart’
• After adding the selected products to your cart, a shopping cart icon appears on the left menu bar; by clicking ‘View Shopping Cart’ selected products are displayed.
• In this step you can change the order and choose a shipping method. 
• By clicking ‘Next’ you can enter your contact information.
• Once you have filled all the required fields (*) you can confirm the order and go through the payment process by using one of the bank links displayed on the screen, an invoice will then be sent to your E-mail.
• Once the payment has been received we will ship your order to the specified address no later than 2 weeks after the date of purchase, usually we ship our orders within 2 business days. In case it takes more than a few days to process your order we will be sure to notify you.
• All product prices include value added tax (20%).

Ordering from outside Estonia?

• If you are ordering from outside the Republic of Estonia then please contact us at info@etno.ee and make sure to list the products and quantities that you wish to order and we will send you a price quotation with calculated shipping costs.
• After bill payment we will ship your order no later than 2 weeks after the date of purchase
